This blogy-thingy will be mostly stuff that I think is awesome and occasionally the delusions of grandeur and realities of mediocrity that is my life.

With 19 reigns and 14 different Champions behind it, the Divas Championship has never been defended at a WrestleMania event since its inception in 2008. ~
I thought Wrestlemania was pretty average. The beginning of tonight’s Raw made me think about taking a hiatus from the WWE until Cena retires. But Dolph Ziggler finally successfully cashing in his MITB briefcase was fantastic.
I wish Jim Ross and Paul Heyman were calling WrestleMania tonight instead of Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler.
So I guess it is WrestleMania week…
Last year I made a post for each of the previous WrestleManias as a count down to last year’s show. This year I am not nearly as excited about this years show, so I’m not going to try to repeat that process. But if you are interested, you can find all of those post by looking here.
I am going to watch the show this Sunday, and I am looking forward to hanging out with my friends. But besides the awesomeness of CM Punk and Paul Heyman, I don’t have very high hopes for the show and where the WWE will be headed creatively afterwards.
I am pretty lukewarm on WrestleMania this year, but holy crap Punk and Heyman are magnificent bastards.
This promo is fantastic and this angle (and both men involved) should be on RAW right now not NXT. I’m not trying to knock the stuff being done in WWE developmental, I just wish this is the sort of thing I was watching on Monday night.
“Oh you are not aware of this? Your posterior better contact someone at once!”
